Mike Frain FIET MCMI
Mike has held senior management positions in contracting, utilities and facilities maintenance companies having direct responsibility for putting people to work on a full range of complex and large power electrical systems throughout the UK. Mike has become an authority on the drafting and training of electrical safety procedures and processes and
has been credited with raising awareness about new electrical arc flash risk control measures within the UK and is the lead consultant for the authorship of the DuPont™ Arcguide which is a unique risk assessment tool based upon compliance with European legislation.

Roger is a highly experienced Electrical Engineer with a 40 year progressive career in the electricity supply industry and associated businesses with particular skills in overhead line technology. His strong interpersonal skills have enabled him to coach a full range of disciplines on operational safety on high voltage networks for Industry, Distribution Network Operators and National Grid. |

Alan Robinson B.Eng C.Eng MIET MBA
Alan is a Chartered Engineer with experience of Project Management, Operational Management and Performance Improvement as a Senior Manager with Yorkshire Electricity up to 1998. Since then Alan has trained 1000s of electrical workers including HV/LV switching, safe systems of work and safety rules, generator synchronisation, protection, operations, system design & earthing.

Gordon is an Associate Consultant and has successfully delivered health and safety training and management consultancy since 1990. He works in both corporate and public sectors and delivers a variety of training and consultancy in health and safety at many levels from foundation up to the NEBOSH General and Construction Certificate. |

Matt Dawson BEng (Hons) IEng MSOE MIPlantE MIoD
Matt is a fully qualified Mechanical Engineer and was formerly Commercial Director in the Commercial Affinity and Small Business Division of Heath Lambert Group, one of the UK’s largest independent insurance brokers. Whilst there, he was responsible for the identification and development of new business opportunities for commercial affinity schemes, and oversaw the launch of a number of successful initiatives to enhance service offering of associations and professional services partners. These schemes offered comprehensive insurance cover, with additional benefits for members in terms of pricing, cover enhancements and service.
Prior to this, Matt was head of corporate and business development for the Association for Consultancy and Engineering (ACE), where he was responsible for the growth of ACE as a business, membership acquisition and retention, commercial relationships with third party organisations and all revenue generation including ACE’s affiliate programme and the progress network of young consultants and engineers. |

Becky Frain
Rebecca is the Administration Officer and Centre Coordinator for Electrical Safety Training Limited, with responsibility for the provision of training and assessments, customer service and sales. She also serves as the finance manager for ESTL and has recently been given a directorship of ESTL. Rebecca has been an integral part of the Electrical Safety Group since its beginnings in 2004, and has helped the company grow as well as growing alongside it herself. She has a number of years experience in training and assessment coordination, along with a number of years experience in the Catering and Hospitality and Customer Service sectors. Currently Rebecca is studying for a degree in Business Management and Enterprise as part of her continuous professional development and in order to ensure ESTL continues to offer improved customer service for all its clients. |

Louise Murray-Palin
Louise joined Electrical Safety UK Ltd in 2010 as Account Manager. Prior to joining ESUK Louise had almost 20 years experience in major organisations in both corporate & public sectors including the NHS Business Services Authority. Since joining ESUK Louise has been responsible for the organisation & development of existing and new accounts. Additionally she is responsible for the financial management of ESUK. |
